The Housing Authority of Osage County (HAOC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAOC offers two Public Housing communities with 281 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the HAOC to pick up a pre-application, located at 200 Atlantic Field Rd, Pawhuska, OK 74056 during normal office hours.2. Download a pre-application here, then print and complete.Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed to P.O. Box 818, Pawhuska, OK 74056, or hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, two non related references for the head of household, and one non related reference for all other adults in the household.
