Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HACC offers one Public Housing community with 36 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the HACC office to pick up a pre-application, located at 901 West Wilson Avenue, Comanche, OK 73529, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult household members, current bank statements, award letter from Social Services (if receiving benefits), proof of all income, and last five years of rental history.
The HACC does have a preference for senior/disabled households.
