The Stillwater Housing Authority (SHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.
Stillwater, OK is about 60 miles west of Tulsa, OK.
To apply, visit the SHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 807 S. Lowry Street, Stillwater, OK 74074, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm; and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
No documents are needed at this time.
The SHA does not have a preference.
Applicants will receive a confirmation number upon submitting the pre-application. It is important to keep that number in a safe, easy to access place. It will be needed any time when referencing your pre-application with the housing authority.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.
The waiting list for a Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher is approximately 12 to 18 months.
