This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Lebanon, Oregon.

The Linn-Benton Housing Authority (LBHA) waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Garden View Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from July 15, 2020, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

  1. Print the online paper application available here.
  2. In persons applications at the LBHA, located at 1250 Queen Ave SE, Albany, OR 97322.

Once the application has been completed, it must be either:

  1. Mailed to the LBHA, address mentioned above.
  2. Faxed to (541) 926-3589.
  3. Emailed to mail@L-bha.org.
  4. Dropped off at the LBHA drop box, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
