The Titusville Housing Authority (THA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.

The THA offers three family communities with 61 units ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, and one senior/disabled community with 90 units.

To apply for public housing, you can download the application here, then print and complete.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to 217 East Central Ave. Suite 107, Titusville, PA 16354, during normal office hours. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, photo IDs for all adult household members, proof of all income, and bank statements.

This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: veterans.
