  • Alliance Inn Graduates (100 points)
  • Villas @ Swansgate, Carver Grove Moving to Tenant based (100 points)
  • VASH Participants being transferred to HCV (100 points)

1,000 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
