The Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission (SFHRC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families that require a three or four bedroom unit.There is currently a four year wait to get into Public Housing.Please note: The SFHRC does not offer a Public Housing program for senior/disabled individuals or families that require a two bedroom unit.The SFHRC offers one public Housing community with 25 units for families, ranging in size from 3 to 4 bedrooms.To apply, visit the SFHRC to pick up an application, located at 630 S Minnesota Ave, # 200, Sioux Falls, SD 57104, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The SFHRC does not have a preference.
