The Lebanon Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The LHA offers five Public Housing communities with 354 units ranging in size from studio's to five bedrooms, for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, follow this link to submit an online pre-application.Once the pre-application has been submitted, you must then mail copies of birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, photo IDs for all adult household members, the signed HUD 9886 form, and then mail those documents to PO Box 187, Lebanon, TN 37087.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the LHA website, or calling the office at (615) 444-1872 during normal office hours.
