The Mt. Pleasant Housing Authority (MPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The MPHA offers one Public Housing community with 116 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the MPHA to submit a pre-application in person, located at 138 Thomas Cir., Mt Pleasant, TN 38474, from 8:00 am until 11:00 am, and 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm CDT, on the second and third Wednesday of each month.Be sure to include these documents with your pre-application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The MPHA does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.For more information, call the MPHA office at (931) 379-5811 during normal office hours.
