To apply during the opening period, in person applications are accepted at the HAH office located at 702 S Ave H, Haskell, TX 79521. Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm CT.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
