There are three ways to apply during the opening period: 

  1. Pick up an application from the HAO, located at 302 W. Main St. Olney, TX 76374.
  2. Call (940) 564-5639 to request an application.
  3. Send an email to oha@brazosnet.com 

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
