Pick up an application from the JHCHA office drop box, located at 508 N Dagmar Ave, Hebbronville, TX 78361.
Call (361) 527-4353 to request an application by mail.

There are no preferences.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
