To apply while the waitlist is open, apply in person at the VHA office, located at 4001 Halsey Street, Victoria, TX 77901. 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Except for the first week of each month and holidays.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
