The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The VIHA offers 17 Public Housing communities with 3,284 units, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms, located throughout St. Thomas and St. Croix.
There are two ways to apply:
Virgin Islands Housing Authority provides affordable housing for up to 3,014 low- and moderate-income households through its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs.
