Open Rural Resources Community Action Waiting Lists
During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, some waiting list openings may be postponed until further notice. Application methods may change, as well. Visit the housing authority's website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, you can contact the housing authority directly. Office operations may be different from usual, and it may take days or weeks to get a response.

As of March 11, 2021 the RRCA automated voice message states that the RRCA is "closed to the public until further notice" However, the website states "effective immediately and until further notice, our staff and services are only available by appointment, calls or emails."

How To Apply to the Waiting List
The Rural Resources Community Action (RRCA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open, from January 2, 2019, until further notice. It was last open in August, 2018.
To apply, pick up an application at the RRCA main office, located at 956 South Main Street, Colville, Washington, 99114, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm PT, or at any RRCA office listed here.
Once the application has been completed, it must be dropped off at the RRCA main office located at the address above, or at any RRCA office listed above, during office hours.
This waiting list has the following preferences: Families with Children, Elderly, and Disabled.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.
