The Richland Center Housing Authority (RCHA) is accepting Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of August 9, 2023, until further notice.
Please note: The RCHA does not offer a family Public Housing program. The RCHA offers one Public Housing community with 59 units for senior/disabled households, ranging size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.
To apply while the waitlist is open, pick up an application from the RCHA office, located at 701 W Seminary Str, Richland Center, WI 53581, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm CT, Monday-Thursday.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Please note: Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
