This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Richland County, Wisconsin .
The Richland County Housing Authority (RCHA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of August 9, 2023, until further notice.
Please note: The RCHA does not offer a family Public Housing program.
There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open,
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the RCHA office, located at 290 W Union Str., Richland Center, WI 53581, from 9:00 am until 3:00 pm CT, Monday-Thursday.
Please note: Be sure to include copies of these documents with the application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
There are preferences, and they are listed on the application.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
