The Stanley Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 47 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.Please note: The SHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the SHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 124 W 4th Avenue, Stanley, WI 54768, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-applicaiton mailed to you by calling (715) 644-5755 during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted. For more information, call the SHA office at (715) 644-5755 during normal office hours.
