Pioneer Village has 48 apartments built with native stone. They are attractive and the front of each apartment has space for flowers or a place for home grown tomatoes! Eight of the apartments are duplexes with two bedrooms and one bath. The remaining apartments are one bedroom grouped with four apartments under a single roof. All of our apartments have a living room, mini blinds, formal dining room, step-saving kitchen with refrigerator and electric stove, and small pantry. They are equipped with electric central heat and air and wired for cable and telephone hook-ups, available at the renter’s expense. There is a large conference room with a stove, a microwave, and a refrigerator for meetings and family reunions. The on-site laundry facility is in the office complex.
