The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino (HACS) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom apartments at Barstow Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of February 1, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Barstow - located at 421 South 7th Street, Barstow, CA 92311.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $52,200 | 5 Persons $80,550
• 2 Persons $59,650 | 6 Persons $86,500
• 3 Persons $67,100 | 7 Person $92,450
• 4 Persons $74,550 | 8 Persons $98,450

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
