Courtyard at the Meadows is a brand new 36 unit apartment complex with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom affordable apartments located at 3175 Violet Street, San Luis Obispo within the beautiful Serra Meadows Community. It is conveniently located near Prado Road and Higuera Street and minutes from schools, parks, downtown SLO, and the 101. The property has an estimated completion date of July 1st.
Because Courtyard at The Meadows participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower. Depending on the number of HOME-designated units, additional units may have even lower household income requirements and corresponding lower rent caps.
