A new public transit stop for County Connection line #121 is located at the front of the property allowing residents access to various locations in San Ramon and the Dublin and Walnut Creek BART stations. In addition, an onsite van transportation service is provided to take residents shopping and to various appointments.
As a modern Section 202 property built after 1990, Valley Vista Senior Housing only allows seniors aged 62 or older.
