The Greenwich Communities (GC) last accepted State/Moderate-Income waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments for Adams Gardens and McKinney Terrace l Apartments from January 6, 2024, until January 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

Adams Garden - located in Riverside, CT.
McKinney Terrace l - located in Greenwich, CT.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be: Mailed to the Greenwich Communities.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

2 Person $68, 500 | 5 Persons $92,550
3 Persons $77,100 | 6 Persons $99,400
4 Persons $86,650 | 7 Persons $106,250

This waiting list had the following preferences: Households whose head or spouse live, work or have been hired to work full time in the Town of Greenwich.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
