Westminster Gardens, an affordable rental retirement community, overlooks Florida’s capital city from a perch at the top of a tree-lined hill, across the street from the Tallahassee Garden Club.
This high-rise community for older adults, aged 62 and over, is near shopping, restaurants, medical offices, churches and Tallahassee’s cultural arts amenities. It is also located right off a Tallahassee StarMetro bus line. Choose from studio and one-bedroom apartments for low-income seniors. Amenities include a beauty/barber shop, library, art room, meeting room, fitness center and more, as well as a variety of planned social opportunities and activities.
