The Housing Authority of the City of Americus is now accepting applications for project-based rental assistance (PBRA) properties under the RAD program, including Northside Apartments, Eastside Apartments, and scattered site properties. Units range from 1 to 5 bedrooms and serve Americus, Andersonville, Plains, and Leslie, Georgia.
To apply, contact the Housing Authority at (229) 924-2661 or visit their office at 320 South Lee Street, Americus, GA 31709 during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
