Carlow Senior apartments are income-based housing for seniors 55 and older. They have a community room, library, craft room and fitness center, walking path and back patio. Each unit comes with all major appliances including a washer and dryer. Spacious one and two-bedroom units which comes with their own balcony/patio are available.Their location is in beautiful Rexburg Idaho located on the north end of the city near stores and restaurants. Carlow is certified by the US Green Building Council LEED for Homes as Platinum, which means special care was used in the selection of materials and construction, to insure an environmentally friendly building.
Because Carlow Senior Apartments participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower.
