571 REVERE ST is a transit-oriented, new construction development that will create 51 new rental homes for families.
The site is within a 10-minute walk of the Wonderland MBTA station, a five-minute walk of Revere Beach and adjacent to “Waterfront Square,” where the City of Revere has encouraged private investment and economic development through the creation of more than 700 market-rate rental apartments and a 170-suite hotel. 571 Revere will complement this investment by expanding housing options for households with a range of incomes.
Because 571 Revere St Apartments participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower. Because of the LIHTC program, additional units are set aside for households earning 50% or less of the AMI with corresponding lower rent caps.
