The St Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) Public Housing waiting list for apartments at Arlington Grove, Badenhaus-Badenfest, Clinton-Peabody, Euclid Plaza and Kingsbury Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 23, 2021, until September 5, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties and bedroom sizes:

Arlington Grove, located at 5547 Dr. Martin Luther King Dr. St. Louis MO 63112, has 2-Bedroom units.
Badenhaus-Badenfest, located at 8450 Gast Pl,8220 N Broadway, St. Louis MO 63147, has Studio and 1-Bedroom units.
Clinton-Peabody, located at 1401 LaSalle Ln. St. Louis MO 63104, has 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
Euclid Plaza, located at 5310 N. Euclid, St. Louis MO 63115, has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
Kingsbury Terrace, located at 5555 Kingsbury,St. Louis MO 63112, has 1 and 2-Bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application, Applications were not accepted at the SLHA office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
