DeSales Impact 2014 is a series of 36 scattered site apartment and townhome units in 14 buildings in the Fox Park and Benton Park West neighborhoods located in south St. Louis City. Most of the buildings are new construction, while a few of the buildings are historic buildings that were renovated to modern standards.  All of the units are rent restricted to households at or below 60% of the area median income.
