Omaha Housing Authority Waiting List

The Omaha Housing Authority (OHA) waiting list for Public Housing apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from August 17, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

Displaced by gov't action or disasterFamilies displaced by government action, condemnation, or disaster (fire, flood, storm, or natural disaster that is not due to the fault or negligence of the applicant or a household member.)
Working/elderly/disabledPerson or families with at least one household member who is 62 years of age or older, disabled, or works a minimum of 28 hours week for at least 6 months prior to submitting the application.
