At Givens Gerber Park, we are pioneering the next generation of affordable rental retirement housing for those 55 years old and up. Comprised of three buildings, Givens Gerber Park offers residents of modest incomes a welcoming neighborhood with amenities to make retirement a little easier. Rents are determined by the household's income with broader ranges than typically found in traditional affordable communities. Building 60 is for seniors who are above 60% area median income who may not have enough resources to afford a traditional continuum of care retirement community.  Property includes: elevator, cafe, clinic, community rooms, library, fitness center, beauty shop and screened porch.
