Built in 1974, Oak Hill Apartment Homes is a 72-unit community in historic Davidson, North Carolina, just minutes away from Lake Norman and only 20 miles from the city of Charlotte. Sixty-six units are rented to households at or below 60% average median income, and six units are devoted to the North Carolina Key Care Program serving individuals and families with disabilities with incomes at or below 30% of area median income.
