Located just minutes off Interstate 95 in Roanoke Rapids, Chapel Ridge Manor is an Elderly community for residents age 55 and older. A $30 application fee per adult applicant is required. Security deposit of one month's rent.

Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)

Since this property has received funding in part through the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, a certain number of units are set aside for lower income households.
