The Willows at East Greenville is a new mixed-income rental community located in the borough of East Greenville in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. This newly converted historic factory has undergone a massive transformation into modern studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. The community features a variety of unique floorplans, all offering fully-equipped kitchens with islands or breakfast bars, large windows with sweeping views, energy efficient appliances and finishes, large closets, ceramic tile baths, and a mix of carpeting and hardwood flooring. Additionally, some apartments offer high vaulted ceilings with beams and other preserved features from the original structure to give each rental added character. Community amenities include a fitness center, laundry facilities, lounge and seating areas, playground, off-street parking, on-site management and maintenance, and resident service programs. The common areas showcase the building's rich history with exposed brick, decorative columns, beams, and other authentic features. The mix of both market-rate and affordable income restricted apartments provides a variety of desirable options to fit both your household size and budget.
Because The Willows at East Greenville participates in HUD's HOME program for rental housing and the LIHTC program, at least some of the units in this property are set aside for households earning 60% or less of the AMI and rents are capped at the local FMR and in many cases much lower. For a HOME project of this size, some of the units are set aside for households at or below 50% AMI with a corresponding lower rent cap.
