Located on the edge of the downtown area in Rapid City. 1,2,3 & 4 bedroom apartments, all of which have fully equipped kitchens and wall air-conditioners. There is a laundry room with coin operated washers & dryers on the ground floor of each building. Garages are available for an additional fee. Our location is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown shopping and restaurants. There is an indoor swim center, ice rink, basketball courts, park with playground and fishing pond directly across the street and the local school bus picks up and drops off children on site. We are reasonably priced and close to everything you need. Section 8 voucher holders are welcome.
