Located in Northwest Knox County, Autumn Landing offers a scenic view with wooded areas, on-site laundry facilities and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The community is within walking distance of Knoxville Area Transit lines, local parks and walking trails. Each unit features a porch. The property was renovated in 2012 for erosion control; roofing and gutters; tree removal and trimming; security camera installation; and window replacement. The staff organizes social events and functions throughout the year.
Since Autumn Landing participates in the RAD Section 8 Project-Based Section 8 Program, your rent would be subsidized. You would not pay more than 30% of your income for rent. To qualify, you must earn 50% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI), which you can find on this page’s income chart. Also, project-based RAD Section 8 properties tend to have longer waiting lists, with some with waiting lists going out for years. Since this property participates in the RAD Section 8 Project Based Rental Assistance program and has a property based subsidy, if you have a Section 8 voucher, you would have to give up your voucher to move in.
