The Knoxville Community Development Corporation (KCDC) Elderly/Disabled Designated Housing waiting list for apartments at Cagle Terrace, Love Towers and Residences at Five Points is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2021, until further notice.

Please note: According to the KCDC, "Must be Elderly (62 or older) or have a Disability"

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
