Located in South Knoxville across the Tennessee River from downtown, Montgomery Village is surrounded by wooded areas that provide a country-like setting for the 380-unit community. The community underwent extensive facade improvements and infrastructure upgrades in 2014, which included total reconstruction of kitchens and bathrooms, new water systems and HVAC units. The Montgomery Village community features several recreational activities for youth and families, including an on-site Boys & Girls Club.

Public Housing

Since this property is owned and managed by a Public Housing Authority, all of the rents at this property are based on tenant incomes. Tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. A housing authority may establish a minimum rent of up to $50.
