Some offices have drop boxes installed outside, so documents can still be hand-delivered. Visit the housing authority's website for the latest on its current operations, if one is available. If there is no information online, contact the housing authority directly. North Ridge Crossing

A $14 million redesign in 2008 transformed North Ridge Crossing in North Knoxville into a premier property with facade enhancement to increase curb appeal and interior improvements, including new floors, cabinets, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems, energy-efficient appliances and redesigned kitchen layouts.
