A $14 million redesign in 2008 transformed North Ridge Crossing in North Knoxville into a premier property with facade enhancement to increase curb appeal and interior improvements, including new floors, cabinets, upgraded electrical and plumbing systems, energy-efficient appliances and redesigned kitchen layouts.
