W. C. White Apartments was built in 1976 and are conveniently located on downtown San Antonio’s east side. The high-rise building was constructed in 1976 of concrete and stucco material. There are laundry facilities on each floor. Additionally, there is one large community meeting room with kitchen, an arts and crafts room and two community sun rooms with beautiful views overlooking San Antonio’s skyline. The property has 24-hour maintenance service seven days per week. Reasonable accommodations are made for family pets. All San Antonio Housing Authority facilities are non-smoking.
Since this property is owned and managed by a Public Housing Authority, all of the rents at this property are based on tenant incomes. Tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. A housing authority may establish a minimum rent of up to $50.
Generally, households earning up to the income limit in the table below for their household size are eligible for units participating in a HUD rental assistance program in San Antonio but actual income limits may differ for units at W. C. White Apartments.
