This senior (62+) and/or disabled community has individual single floor unit entrances, tiled floors, sunny lit rooms with walk in storage closet. Every apartment features a patio area and energy efficient gas heat. Two blocks to Highway 900 (Sunset Blvd), and the Good Will and Sars Market shopping center. Local area provides bus lines, pharmacy stores, banking and fire station and close access to I-405 freeway entrances. We have an active community hall as well as provide an affordable laundry room on site. Dog and or cat friendly within pet policy rules.
