About Northridge II

Comfortable balcony apartments in Shoreline. One of two KCHA buildings that share a spacious courtyard, Northridge II features elevators, controlled entry and a community room. Each unit is equipped with sophisticated fire safety equipment. Three units are fully accessible to people disabilities. The lobby and hallways have new carpet, vinyl flooring and lighting and the balconies have been redesigned to offer more views. A support service coordinator provides general assistance.

Public Housing

Since this property is owned and managed by a Public Housing Authority, all of the rents at this property are based on tenant incomes. Tenants will make a monthly contribution toward rent equal to 30% of their adjusted income. A housing authority may establish a minimum rent of up to $50.
