The Housing Authority of Chelan County and the City of Wenatchee (CCWHA) is accepting USDA Agriculture Housing waiting list applications for multiple properties from November 2, 2023, until further notice.
This waiting list is for the following properties:
Please note: According to the CCWHA public notice "Must be legally permitted to work in the USA and at least one household member must make at least $4582.50 in qualifying agriculture income in the last 12 months."
To apply while the waiting list is open, call CCWHA at (509) 663-7421.
Preferences have not yet been confirmed.
It is not yet known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
