We are a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) community (part of the Section 42 of the IRS Tax Credit Program), in beautiful Sheridan, Wyoming.

No subsidies are provided directly to the residents, but the owner must set rents affordable to low-income renters in the area.
