Northside Apartments, Eastside Apartments and Scattered Sites, 1-5-Bedroom, Multi-Family PBRA RAD has preferences for: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Families with Children. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
