The Eastern Iowa Regional Housing Authority (EIRHA) is accepting Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of December 26, 2018, until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.
To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.
This waiting list may have the following preferences: Live or work Locally; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for at least the last three years; Live in Dubuque, Delaware, Jackson, Jones, Cedar or Clinton County for less than three years; Disabled.
It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
