The Bloomington Housing and Redevelopment Authority (BHRA) Rental Homes for Future Homebuyers Program waiting list is currently open, since at least October 8, 2018, until further notice. It is not known when this waiting list opened, and no closing date has been identified.
There are two ways to apply:

This waiting list has the following preferences: Persons Who Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Persons in Job Training or Higher Education, Referred by Local Assistance Program, Persons with a disability who uses a Bloomington service provider.
Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, by order of preferences.

Rental Homes for Future Homebuyers Program has preferences for: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Working/Employed, Job Training or Higher Education, Referred by Local Assistance Program.
