Rental Assistance Demonstration Program has preferences for: Elderly, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Victims of Domestic Violence, Veterans, Working/Employed, Live in Substandard Housing, Disabled, Preferences Unconfirmed, Current PHA Residents, Referred by Local Assistance Program, Non-Elderly Disabled, Youth Aging Out of Foster Care. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
