The Harrison Metropolitan Housing Authority (HMHA) waiting list for 1-Bedroom, Elderly (62+) USDA-Rural Development apartments at Dunfee Court and Gable Estates is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice.

1-Bedroom, Elderly USDA-Rural Development has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Job Training or Higher Education, Homeless, Live in Substandard Housing, Rent Burdened. Preferences are not required but Senior applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
