The Cambridge Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Single Room Occupancy waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of July 6, 2017 and is currently open indefinitely.
Please note: This program offers housing for individuals in congregate living, typically in a shared common space.
To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.
Income eligibility and community information can be found on public notice here.
The following documentation is required of all members of the household: Social Security Number, name, date of birth, income.

Single Room Occupancy has preferences for: Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, In Transitional Housing. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
